Trip Tracker6 km

Every trip on the map. Every kilometre accounted for.

Trip Tracker shows live location, kilometres used against the plan and route alerts during each rental. Customers see the same kilometre counter, so the final bill is never a surprise. Tracking runs only during the rental and stops at return.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. 1

    Connect a source

Use the GPS devices you already have, add ours, or use the driver app for chauffeur-driven trips.

  2. 2

    Trip starts at pickup

Tracking begins when the pickup is completed in Driver KYC and the customer has agreed to it.

  3. 3

    Alerts while on the road

Your team is alerted at 80% of the kilometre limit, on geofence exits and on sustained overspeeding.

  4. 4

    Tracking ends at return

Location sharing stops when the return is logged. The trip summary is attached to the booking.

Inside Trip Tracker

What your team gets.

Live trips and kilometre limits. Every feature below is included wherever Trip Tracker is part of your plan.

Live fleet map

All vehicles on trip, with status, driver and expected return time.

Kilometre counter

Kilometres used, kilometres left and projected overage, visible to staff and customer.

Route geofences

Allowed states or regions per booking, with alerts for permit-sensitive borders.

Overspeed alerts

Sustained speed above your threshold alerts staff, not every brief spike.

Late return warnings

Projected arrival compared with return time, with an extension offer sent to the customer.

Breakdown support

Customers can raise roadside help from their trip page with their live location attached.

In detail

Tracking that customers understand and accept

Trip Tracker is designed to protect both the vehicle and the customer. It is disclosed in the agreement, limited to the rental and shared openly.

Logbook

  • Customers see their own trip page with kilometres and return time
  • Extensions can be requested and paid from the trip page
  • Chauffeur trips track driver duty hours and night halts
  • Trip history is kept for disputes, then deleted on your retention schedule
  • Works with common Indian GPS device providers through standard integrations

Fair by design

Tracking with consent

  • 01

Tracking happens only during the rental period, with the customer's agreement

  • 02

Tracking stops automatically when the return is logged

  • 03

Customers are told what is tracked and can see their own kilometre counter

  • 04

Location history is visible only to authorised staff and is not sold

Questions

Trip Tracker questions

Something else on your mind? The team replies within one working day.

Connect Team
Is trip tracking always on?

No. Tracking runs only during the rental, the customer is told in the agreement, and it stops at return.

Do we need GPS hardware?

Not for chauffeur-driven trips, where the driver app works. For self-drive vehicles, a GPS device gives the most reliable data.

Can the customer see the tracking?

Customers see their kilometre counter, return time and trip page. They do not see other vehicles in your fleet.
