No. AI Damage Check suggests possible new damage by comparing pickup and return photos. Your staff confirm every finding, and the customer sees the side-by-side photos before any deposit deduction.
Can customers book and pay online?
Yes. The booking widget on your website shows live availability and collects the advance by UPI or card. WhatsApp quotes carry a payment link too.
Is trip tracking always on?
No. It runs only during the rental period, the customer is told in the agreement, and it stops automatically at return.
Does it support chauffeur-driven trips?
Yes. Chauffeur trips have driver assignment, duty hours, night charges, tolls and permits, and a driver app for tracking.
Can we manage bikes too?
Yes. Bikes have their own category with helmet inventory, lighter deposits and a shorter photo walkaround.
How long does setup take?
Most fleets of up to 10 vehicles are running in a day. Import vehicles from a spreadsheet, upload documents and set base rates. Larger fleets get an onboarding plan.
