KYC link after booking
The customer uploads licence and ID and takes a selfie. Licence class and validity are checked against the vehicle type.

Agreement signed
Your rental terms, kilometre limit, fuel policy and deposit amount are filled in from the booking. The customer signs on their phone.

Deposit collected
A UPI collect request or card hold for the deposit. The amount is set per vehicle category.

Pickup walkaround
Staff follow an 18-shot guided photo sequence. Odometer, fuel and existing marks are stamped with time and location.

Paper forms get lost and photocopies get blurry. Driver KYC keeps a complete, timestamped record of who took the vehicle, what they agreed to and what condition it was in.
