Add your vehicles
Import from a spreadsheet or add each vehicle with registration, category, seating or berths and base branch.

Upload the papers
Snap RC, insurance, permit and PUC. Expiry dates are read from the documents and confirmed by your team.

Set service rules
Every 10,000 km or six months, whichever comes first. Caravans get extra checks for gas, water and battery.

Let Garage block risks
A vehicle with an overdue service or expired paper cannot be assigned to a booking until it is cleared.

In detail
A vehicle that is not road-ready never reaches a customer
Garage connects to Booking Desk. When a document expires or a service falls due, the vehicle is marked unavailable on the booking calendar until a manager clears it.
Logbook
- Status board: available, on trip, in turnaround, in service, blocked
- Odometer captured at every pickup and return, so service due is always accurate
- Tyre and battery life tracking with replacement history
- Damage history from AI Damage Check linked to each vehicle
- Fuel card and FASTag expense import from CSV

Does it work with our workshop?
Workshops get a job card link. They can update work done and costs without a login, and you approve the bill in Garage.
How are attached vehicles handled?
Mark a vehicle as owner-attached, set the revenue share or fixed rent, and Owner Reports produces a monthly statement for that owner.
